Woohoo! You’ve received your images from your session or wedding! Or, you are waiting for your big day and want to be prepared so that you get the most out of your gallery. I want to make sure that you feel confident and prepared to enjoy your images forever, both digitally and in print.

Firstly, your gallery will come to you in an email with a link to follow. The gallery is simply a website URL. You will need to click the link to view the images. You may be prompted to add your email by signing into the guestbook so that you can favorite certain images.

Secondly, once you sign into your gallery you will be able to scroll down and see the images! You can click on an individual image to view it larger. For weddings, the galleries will be broken up into sections, which you can select by using the top menu under the main image.

There are two ways to favorite an image.

• When viewing the whole gallery, on each image is a heart icon that you can tap if you want to “favorite” the image.
• Under each individual image there will be heart icon that you can select.

After you have looked through the whole gallery, you can download the whole gallery or individual images. To download the whole gallery, click the downward arrow icon at the top right.

Now you will have to select an option. You have three choices here:

• Multiple Selection: You can select specific photos you want to download, you can download all your favorites at once.
• Download Full Gallery – Web-Size: Download all photos in the gallery in a smaller resolution optimized for blogging and web-use
• Download Full Gallery – High-Res: Download all photos in the gallery in full, high-resolution

I recommend always using the High-Res version to ensure you have the best photo quality for prints. Select whether you want the folder of images to save to your computer or Dropbox. I also recommend saving the gallery in an external hard drive or something like Google Photos. Your images will be saved in the gallery for up to 2 years, but after that they will be removed from the online platform. I highly recommend saving them in multiple locations.

Lastly, one great thing about PASS is that it allows you to order professional prints directly from the gallery! You don’t have to download and re-upload the images into another site! PASS offers beautiful prints, canvases, matted frames, etc. Everything will be printed through a PASS print shop and shipped directly to you! Printed images are able to bring back memories in a way that viewing the photos on your phone can’t do. Holding the photos from such a special occasion or session has a way of bringing back emotions.

If you know which image you want to order, you can click on the cart icon on the image and you will be able to choose which option to order! Your photography package did include a print release for the images, so you are free to print elsewhere if you choose not to use the PASS shop. I highly recommend Social Print Studio and Smallwoods Home for prints and canvases.

I also offer custom albums through Redtree Albums. They produce high quality heirloom albums with archival paper. Albums are a great way to save your images in a tangible manner so that your family can enjoy the memories for years to come. At one of the intimate weddings I did last year the father and mother of the groom brought out their wedding album and wanted to re-create some of the images with their son. It was such a special moment that you could do as well. These custom albums start at $300 and are specifically designed for you to tell the story of your wedding day!

To share the images with friends and family, I suggest sending the link/URL to your gallery that will be included in the email I send you! I also recommend not using the Share Photo button on social media, because it will share the photo and post your entire gallery link, which you may not want to do.
