The bilingual ceremony took place on the back patio with all the friends and family looking on. The night ended with dinner and dancing under a clear tent filled with candles, flowers and laughter. Truly a beautiful, special day.

The week of Mel and Dalton's wedding a hurricane came through North Carolina. Up until the wedding day we were all waiting and watching to see if rain would fall the whole day or not. Thankfully, when the wedding day came sunshine was beaming. Only a brief shower came a couple hours before the ceremony and the rest of the day was clear and beautiful! 

This wedding day was special because it took place at Dalton's family home with their closest family and friends. The day started with all the ladies getting ready in a beautiful space. All the pre-wedding jitters started coming and we calmly photographed Mel getting ready as she prepared for the big moment. 

We then did a first look with private vows in front of the home where the great grandmother of Dalton arrived early to congratulate them.
